The project-brief form on this website collects the following information:

• Confirmation that the Service Terms have been read and accepted

In addition, technical data unavoidably processed when a form is transmitted or a page is served — such as IP address, browser user agent, and time of the request — is processed by the hosting, form and anti-abuse providers named below.

Data submitted through the form is used to assess your enquiry, to prepare and issue a written proposal, and for business correspondence relating to the requested services.

Processing of enquiry data is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where data is processed for general business administration, record-keeping, and the security and integrity of this website, processing rests on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Formspree Inc. — processes and forwards project-brief form submissions. Formspree is established in the United States; this international transfer is safeguarded under the applicable transfer framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
• Google — provides reCAPTCHA (anti-abuse) and delivers the web fonts used on this site. Connection data, including IP address, is transmitted to Google when these resources load.
• Microsoft — email hosting (Microsoft 365). Form submissions are delivered to and stored in our mailbox.
• Lovable and Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and content delivery, processing technical request data such as IP addresses.

This website uses no analytics cookies and no marketing or advertising cookies, and therefore displays no cookie banner. The only storage set by the site itself is strictly necessary: a browser session-storage entry used to restore your scroll position while navigating.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs as a strictly necessary security measure to protect the form against automated abuse. It transmits connection and interaction data, including your IP address, to Google and may set storage in your browser under Google's domains for this purpose. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where a project follows, for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable statutory retention periods.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, and its rectification or erasure, as well as restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to legal@vladkasokolova.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria.

The project-brief form must not be used to submit patient-identifiable information, health data, or other special-category personal data. Where a project requires such processing, secure transfer arrangements and a data-processing agreement are agreed separately in writing before any such data is shared.
